How Spark Life Tech Training Works
A Clear, Structured Path Into the Skilled Trades
Spark Life Tech Training delivers career-focused technical training designed for adults who want practical skills, industry certifications, and real-world readiness.
Our programs combine structured online instruction, supervised hands-on training, and certification preparation—so trainees know exactly what to expect at every stage.
Step 1: Apply & Intake Review
The process begins with an application and intake review to ensure program fit.
During this stage, we:
Review applicant readiness and program alignment
Identify funding pathways (WIOA, scholarships, or self-pay)
Outline expectations, timelines, and next steps
Applicants receive follow-up instructions after review.
📌 Enrollment is capacity-based to maintain training quality.
Step 2: Online Technical Instruction
(Self-Paced with Structured Milestones)
Once enrolled, trainees begin online technical instruction.
This phase includes:
Trade fundamentals and safety awareness
HVAC systems and component familiarity
Electrical and refrigeration basics
Preventive maintenance procedures
Knowledge checks, assignments, and progress tracking
Trainees must complete required coursework before advancing to hands-on training.
Step 3: Hands-On Field Training
After completing online instruction, trainees transition to supervised hands-on training.
Field training focuses on:
Preventive maintenance tasks
Equipment inspection and servicing
Tool usage and safety compliance
Job site professionalism and communication
Hands-on training is conducted with approved mentors and scheduled based on availability and location.
📌 Field training placement timing may vary.
Step 4: Certifications & Skills Verification
Trainees earn industry-recognized certifications after meeting program requirements.
This stage includes:
Certification exam preparation
Skills verification and assessment
Completion documentation
Certificates are issued only after all instructional and training standards are met.
Step 5: Program Completion, Career Readiness & Graduation
Graduates complete the program with:
Foundational technical skills
Industry-recognized certifications
A clear understanding of entry-level trade expectations
Spark Life Tech Training prepares trainees to pursue entry-level roles and continue advancing within their chosen trade. While job placement is not guaranteed, the program is designed to support long-term workforce readiness.
Optional Graduation Ceremony
Trainees who successfully complete their program will have the option to participate in a graduation ceremony arranged by Spark Life Tech Training.
This ceremony provides an opportunity for graduates to:
Celebrate their achievement
Be recognized for completing workforce training
Share the moment with family, friends, and colleagues
Participation in the graduation ceremony is optional and does not impact program completion, certification issuance, or funding eligibility.
Details regarding ceremony scheduling, location, and participation will be shared with eligible graduates.
