About Spark Life Tech Training
Built for Real People. Built for Real Work.
Spark Life Tech Training was created for people who are ready to change their lives through skill, structure, and opportunity—not fluff, not shortcuts, and not empty promises.
We train entry-level technicians and career-switchers for real-world, in-demand technical careers by combining structured online instruction with practical, hands-on field experience. Our programs are designed to meet workforce expectations while honoring the reality that many people don’t learn best in traditional classroom settings.
At Spark Life, we don’t just teach a trade.
We teach readiness, responsibility, and confidence.
Why Spark Life Exists
Spark Life was founded after seeing too many capable people locked out of opportunity—not because they lacked intelligence or motivation, but because they lacked access, guidance, and a clear pathway.
Traditional education often assumes everyone starts from the same place.
We know that’s not true.
Our programs were built to:
Remove unnecessary barriers to entry
Create structure without rigidity
Offer accountability without shame
Prepare trainees for what the job actually looks like
This isn’t about checking boxes.
It’s about building people who can show up, perform, and grow.
What Makes Spark Life Different
We Train Technicians, Not Just Graduates
Our focus is on field readiness, not just course completion. That means:
Preventative maintenance mindset
Workplace communication
Safety awareness
Professional conduct
Understanding how systems work—not just memorizing terms
Structured, Self-Paced Learning
Trainees move at their own pace within a structured framework. This allows flexibility without sacrificing standards.
Hands-On Experience Matters
Learning doesn’t stop at videos and quizzes. Field exposure and applied learning are essential to how we prepare trainees for real jobs.
Support Without Hand-Holding
We believe in accountability, growth, and ownership. Trainees are supported—but they are also expected to show up for themselves.
Who Spark Life Is For
Spark Life Tech Training is for:
Individuals entering the trades for the first time
Career changers seeking stability and skill-based work
People who didn’t thrive in traditional academic environments
Those ready to commit to learning, showing up, and doing the work
If you’re looking for shortcuts, this isn’t it.
If you’re looking for a real shot, you’re in the right place.
Our Philosophy
We believe:
Skill creates opportunity
Structure builds confidence
Consistency changes lives
Education should meet people where they are—without lowering standards
Spark Life is about forward motion, even when the starting line isn’t perfect.
The Spark Life Commitment
We commit to:
Honest training aligned with industry expectations
Clear communication and transparency
Respect for every trainee’s journey
Preparing people for work—not just certificates
In return, we ask for effort, accountability, and commitment.
That’s how change happens.
My story
I didn’t arrive here by following a straight path.
Much of my life has been shaped by adaptation—learning quickly, carrying responsibility early, and navigating systems where expectations weren’t always explained. Over time, that taught me how to read environments, translate unspoken rules, and move effectively within structured, high-accountability spaces.
Professionally, my foundation was built through nearly a decade working across some of the most demanding and respected organizations in the technical and infrastructure space, including Johnson Controls, Trane Technologies, and Schneider Electric.
Those environments don’t leave room for guesswork.
I’ve worked within systems where safety, precision, documentation, and performance are non-negotiable. I’ve seen how technical work connects to operations, compliance, customer expectations, and real consequences when things are done incorrectly—or without proper preparation. That experience shaped how I think about training, readiness, and accountability.
Along the way, I’ve been trusted to train others, contribute to program development, and operate in roles that require both technical understanding and clear communication under pressure. I’ve seen firsthand how capable people can struggle—not because they lack intelligence or work ethic, but because no one ever translated how the system actually works.
I’ve also seen what happens when that translation does happen.
Confidence grows. Performance improves. People stop second-guessing themselves and start moving with intention.
Spark Life exists because I understand that gap—between potential and preparation—on a personal and professional level. I know what it means to need structure without being controlled, guidance without being diminished, and opportunity without being judged by your starting point.
This work matters to me because it’s personal—but it’s also disciplined, intentional, and grounded in real-world experience. I believe people change their lives when they understand both the technical skill and the environment they’re stepping into.
I don’t believe in rescuing people.
I believe in equipping them.
And when someone finally sees themselves as capable, prepared, and ready—everything begins to move.
